Long time Fairbanksian and first time at Siam Dishes and it was so fresh and excellent. We had a large take out order that the wonderful and kind waitress helped carry out to my car while what looked to be the owner/chef came out to help on the floor - food was delicious - Tom Yum a super delight. Really special place.

Service is lovely from this beautiful family. The food is delicious, from soups, to sautéed Thai dishes, to prepared meats and seafood... we have never been disappointed yet! The slight language barrier has never affected our experience; we cherish our town's diversity! The addition of online ordering is very welcomed, thank you Siam Square.

Such good food!
I love this little place. My favorite dishes are Pho, green papaya salad, larb salad, basil rolls and Pad Thai
Eddie is an amazing chef and his beautiful wife has the loveliest service. They are adorable.
Highly recommend!

Both the cashew chicken and the red curry were delicious! Also, when they say “large” Thai iced tea…they mean it. It came in a giant tankard!
